The cosy holiday flat, only a few meters away from the Förchensee, belongs to the Seehaus am Förchensee near Ruhpolding, a well-known winter sports area in the Chiemgau Alps. It is therefore ideal for relaxing hiking or skiing holidays in the middle of a fantastic mountain scenery. The 90 m² apartment in traditional country house style consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Therefore the apartment offers space for 5 persons.



The child-friendly apartment also has WLAN, and a television. A baby bed, a high chair and a washing machine are available for the guests of the house. In the house there is a log cabin sauna and a pool, ideal for relaxing after an exciting day in the great outdoors. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee.

Only a short walk from the house is the Förchensee, surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama. The centre of Ruhpolding is only 10 minutes by car (8,2 km) where you will find shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and even a golf course. The leisure park Ruhpolding is 15 minutes (10,8 km) by car from the apartment. The nearest ski lifts are 10 minutes by car (5,6 km) away, as well as many hiking trails. Lake Chiemsee is 30 minutes (31 km) by car north of the apartment, while Salzburg, Mozart's home town, can be reached in 50 minutes (55 km) by car across the Austrian border.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut :)

Pros: Sehr netter Gastgeber. Pool und Sauna haben wir täglich genutzt. Viel Platz in der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung! Und die Spühlmaschine sehr praktisch. Cons: Die Betten waren etwas hart für unseren Geschmack ;)

Herr Bichler ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings liegt sie sehr ruhig am schönen Förchensee.
