Room 222 was FILTH! Never again

Well, the girl who checked us in was RUDE. She said no early check-ins even with me asking to pay the fee. Get into the room, NO LIGHT BULBS!!! Bathroom mirror doesn't work, no bath towel, floor wasn't vacuumed and the mirror wasn't wiped. The coffee pot had ashes in it. Absolutely TRASH! We ended up leaving after check-in and seeing the room.

Half of lights in room did not work, TV did not work, shower head was installed wrong, door did not want to lock, elevator buttons were about broken and almost falling out of housing (3rd floor). Breakfast was a joke and even coffee maker was broken. This property is in serious need of an “undercover boss” to visit this place. I stay in a lot of hotels even small motels and this one is in need of attention.

We just needed a place to sleep while waiting for our grandchild's arrival. Didnt have enough towels in room Was given keys to a room that was already occupied. That was fixed. Breakfast wasnt done until 7. Smelled of marijuana in hall in morning.
