Located near the top of a mountain road, with a 1000 sq. ft. outdoor deck and large side yard, the 2 acre property features privacy, serenity, and the fragrant aroma of fresh, mountain air and spruce trees.
The almost 2800 sq. feet of contemporary living space is spread out on three levels for living, entertaining, and relaxing.
The ground floor features a TV and movie screening lounge with its own kitchenette and a full bath. Guests may also use the provided basic fitness equipment for health and wellness routines.
The main floor is bathed in sunlight through a wall of windows featuring spectacular views of the Catskills Mountains and Ashokan Reservoir. There is a large living room with a wood-burning stove, stylish decor, and eclectic art that opens directly to the outdoor deck; a tidy half bath; and an open-concept, full kitchen with modern appliances and visually-appealing design elements. Dinners can be enjoyed at the large, stone island or outdoors on the deck - just steps away from seasonal herb and flower gardens.
The deck spans the entire length of the house, with multi-levels and use areas.
