"An exceptional experience that is hard to find today Anne and Bruce (the owners) have created a gem that stands out from all the places I have stayed in my many travels around the world. My wife and I had the pleasure of several enjoyable nights at Farmhouse B&B and look forward to many return visits. The rooms were stunning and so comfortable and were only exceeded by Anne's amazing breakfasts that varied every day. The setting is magnificent with such beautiful grounds and highlighted by 3 lamas and my favorites---a group of 9 chickens that I became quite attached to! The town of Cutchogue is perfectly located for visits in the North Shore and close to the wineries. Anne and Bruce have created a wonderful and memorable experience for any visitor--and their personalities create the flavor of what is so wonderful. Could not recommend staying at Farmhouse any more highly---it is a gem."

"It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our little family reunion. The pool wasn’t open yet, and the weather was a little chilly, but the spacious back deck was a great place to gather for an afternoon glass of wine. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach area on the bay and less than a 5 minute drive to a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, and more."

"...everything was so new it still had the price tags on it. We loved our stay in Mattituck! The house was perfect for the two of us and our pups. We grilled on the patio. Every time we thought the kitchen maybe didn't have something we needed to make cooking, we just opened another cabinet and it was there. The 3 bedrooms would make it comfortable for a larger group, we felt like we only used a 1/3 of the house. We wish the weather had cooperated and we could have used the pool, but the back yard and pool area were beautiful. The house is easy to get to and easy to get to both Greenport, Riverhead or Points on the South Fork. There is one winery walking distance that is dog friendly and multiple wineries and breweries nearby. We loved the stay at the house and hope to be able to visit again soon."

"We enjoyed the property and location to the beach. We did drive though vs walk. We also loved being able to get to other towns with shops and vineyards. The home is clean. Bathrooms awesome. Beds comfortable, linens nice. Kitchen fantastic. Outdoor fire pit really nice (wood not gas). In short everything worked. Home was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again."

"We were looking for a peaceful quiet get-away and we found it. Spent a relaxing evening around the fire pit watching the stars come out. Went to a wine tasting. Had a wonderful meal. Enjoyed looking at the water. We felt at home."
