Perfect Quaint Getaway

Perfect Getaway Cottage

I would like to say that this is my second stay at the cottage this year. It's a beautiful peaceful cottage that makes you feel you're at home. The owners are very informative as well. I do have plans to stay there again in the future :)

The property is lovely and the amenities are absolutely terrific. The owner was very nice - communication was excellent. The area is charming. I can’t say enough great things about how pleased we were with the cottage and the garage which is a clean and well equipped game/workout space. So looking forward to renting again next Christmas

Thank you so much! my friends and I had a wonderful time at the cottage and garage playroom. We all did enjoy our stay, we were able to relax and have a quiet time. Property is very nice. Kitchen is big with large table to dine in. Two nice sized TVs and garage game room is big as well. Firepit area is very nice. The little downtown is nice and walkable, and supermarket, Walgreens, restaurants, fine wine store and pizza places are all less than a mile away. A very nice beach on the sound is about a mile away. Air conditioner in garage did not work, so we had to rely on the fans, but it wasn’t too bad. Bring blankets because there are none for the pull out beds. Shower pressure struggles with sprinkler system on, so I would request the owner to turn sprinklers off during your stay. If you don’t mind a 15 minute drive, On the Docks is a great restaurant and bar on the water. Went there twice!

Perfect!

Beautiful 1BR home. We loved our stay here. Location couldnt be better. The backyard with adirondack chairs, updated kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space and separate living area. We are very much looking forward to returning soon!

Charming Cottage Out East

What a perfect little cottage tucked away in Mattituck. The location is perfect, a small private road close to the main road, love lane and everything out east has to offer. This house was spotless and cozy, absolutely perfect for ourselves and our daughter. Carl checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and our check in/check out was seamless. we would love to stay here again!

Immaculate cottage in great location

I just finished a 3 night mid-week stay here with my dog. The cottage seems recently renovated and was immaculately clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Love Lane (great restaurants and shopping), on a quiet private road. Carl was very responsive (nearly immediate) including when I somehow had problems getting the front lock to open, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in renting again in future. Thank you!
