Staff very friendly. Room was impeccable. When saying we are a family checking in, I am normally allotted only 2 sets of towels at other places and have to beg for more, Le Refuge had 4 sets waiting. Not a huge room but tv, table, 2 chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee, 2 night stands (no dresser). Shower and tub with plenty of hot water, no issues with water pressure. Bed comfortable, air conditioner a little loud but had no issues with sleeping with it on. Absolute only complaint (if you can call it that) railings around rooms 11 & 12 not sturdy (or weight bearing) around stairs. You definitely do not want to lean on them for support. Our second visit.
