Clean and modern, the room was nice. We appreciated the blackout curtains. River/lake view was nice from the lobby. Seemed a bit pricy for location, and parking is not free. But, parking includes garage which was not very clear to us until our last night.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic spot in the center of Sherbrooke, a lovely city. But it seems that the hotel was built for show, not comfort. Ordinary things that other hotels provide (lotion, cream for coffee) were not provided. The breakfast didn't include any meats (maybe that was health thing) and all the breads were just sitting on the shelf there in their grocery store wrappers. No nice croissants or other pastries. I expected more from this place. The pool is laughable - it looks very nice until you look closely, and you see that the pool liner was mis-installed and has large wrinkles across the bottom and sides. If the management allows this obvious of an error to go uncorrected, what other corners were cut in construction?
