Yard with beautiful vegetation, apple trees, etc. Large species of birds to observe, duck and bustards. Ideal for fishing, kayaks, paddle board, canoe, swimming. Navigable lake. Loan to all services, restaurants, grocery store, cinema, hiking trail, mountains, Orford skis and much more. Picnic table and outdoor fireplace.
The cottage is located directly on the bike path for cycling or walking enthusiasts.

Independent entrance with very large private terrace. Charcoal BBQ. Living room with fireplace and well decorated to the taste of the day. Bistro with espresso coffee, latte etc. (Quality coffee included). Queen bed master bedroom and 2 single beds in double bed for the second bedroom. Additional charge of 45$ additional time/night/person for more than 2 adults. Child under 9 years old free. Bell monitor with several channels available (Crave, super screen, Rds 1 and 2, TVA 1 and 2, LCN, pop cinema etc.) High speed wifi perfect for telecommuting. Bluetooth speaker.
