Your adventure begins at this 2-bedroom cottage. Inside, guests find a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, perfect for a small group or family. The cozy bathroom features a bathtub with a shower. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this fabulous cottage offers a welcoming space to unwind. It is located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat. Recently we added RV electric hook up and water. We also have a historic building on-site that was once used as a drug store where you would pull up with your horse and buggy. to pick up your prescription. Additionally, we have outdoor seating and barbecue grilles to grill your catch of the day. The main house was built in 1850 and is part of Texas's story.
