Nicole’s place was the perfect spot to host my family for my brother’s graduation weekend! The house was incredibly well equipped, comfortable, and felt very warm and homey from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful setting surrounded by trees, along with the relaxing back porch that made it easy to unwind and spend time together.Nicole was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend staying at Nicole’s place!

Location was very close to SFA campus, yet feels like you’re out in a forest. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Country life close to everything

Great location close to everything but feels like you're in the country. Plenty of room in this house to spread out but also nice places to gather. Nicole was extremely helpful and was in constant communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay

We were in Nacogdoches for a wedding. This house was the best for my grandchildren and family to stay. I love that they had the playpen and even toys for my three year-old granddaughter. Lots of land for the kids to run around and the backyard is fenced. I cannot say enough good things about staying here. Thank you very much.

Golf Weekend with the Boys

Nicole does a great job with this property. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. It’s roomy. And it is private. We did have an issue with intermittent Internet but Nicole was responsive and did all she could do with the provider on a Friday afternoon. The guys and I enjoyed the stay and will come back to this property again. I highly recommend this house and property owner!
