What a deceptively lovely place to stay. The exterior hides the warmth and friendliness inside. Beautifully up to date and simply designed interior. Easy to navigate and super clean. Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant! The pub has a friendly atmosphere, happy customers and a fab live band played. Do check if there is a live event during your stay and do join in! We would stay again to have good value access to the beautiful area of our ancestors. D and J, in our 60’s.

There was a seperate entrance to the rooms so you dont have to walk through the pub below and parking around the back. The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice nights sleep. Will stay again

The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the generous complimentary items. We were visiting YSP and it was very easy from Friendship Hotel. There were plenty of options for eating within walking distance. We were always able to park at the back of the hotel. Friendship Hotel suited us well for our short break.
