EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check-in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

The key box is located at the main door - on the wall to the left.
To open the keybox, enter the number and twist the lever 3 times to the right. When the keybox is open, remove the key and keyfob. Use the keyfob to open the main door. The keyfob reader is on the right side of the door. Place the fob in the circle of the reader and the main door will unlock for entry.

The apartment is on the first floor and you can use the lift or stairs. When you reach the apartment, use the key to unlock the apartment door. After you insert the key, turn it to the right to unlock. If the door is deadlocked, you will need to turn the key to the right again to release the deadlock.

Big apartment in a great location. Sadly, the apartment is not well looked after, and it was not clean when we checked in. The host did send the cleaners back, but even after they'd been, it was still uncomfortably dirty. No amenities like hand soap or toilet paper, we had to buy all this ourselves. We washed the towels ourselves and bought new bedsheets (which thankfully the host reimbursed us for). We have received a small refund from the host, and he has informed us that he has sacked his cleaner.
