The service was great! Staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is only 5 min walk to Las Setas. Other attractions are near and walkable as well. Room was how it was described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The heater/AC was working well too!! They also allow luggage storage. Would definitely comeback

Perfect City Break Stay

A great hotel in a central location. Clear check in instructions and very well equipped room, with a kitchenette and small outside garden area. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a lovely surprise! Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced city stay in Seville.

Room for improvement.

The hotel was good value, but there was mould in the shower and the bed sheets were quite old and needed upgrading. Also a lot of flies in the room from when I checked in. I did raise this with reception but there was still alot of flies after being told the room would be sprayed down.

I learned there was a reason why the curtains were closed upon entry into the room on the first floor - the view is really ugly and quite frankly depressiing. Everything else, cleanliness, its location is great and was within easy walkiing distance of all the excursions I took, shopping and some very nice restaraunts. Really nice large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Towels could be nicer. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet. If I were to stay again, I would only stay if I could get a room with a better view.

The property is recently renovated, centrally located and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious, although it tends to get humid after showers and we needed to open up the terrace doors to ventilate. Another very minor thing is the shampoo provided is not very good, we needed to get our own from a supermarket nearby. Overall though the stay has been pleasant and it's definitely a place we recommend!
