The location was great and breakfast was enjoyable. However, the room was excessively hot due to poor AC. Service felt inflexible—they wouldn’t allow check-in even an hour early, despite the hotel not being full, and my room didn’t seem fully prepared at 3 PM. More flexibility and better room comfort would improve the experience.

Great location. Unhelpful staff- asked three times for aircon in our room to be fixed. We were told it would be /had been each time and it hadn’t. Glasses in the room weren’t changed so used dirty glasses for the entire stay. Ants in the room and floors dirty. Breakfast limited and staff unfriendly. ‘Gym’ is not fit for purpose. A room smaller than the shower room. One treadmill. One cross trainer. The chest press machine was broken. That is all. Absolutely not a four star experience for Our first anniversary. Disappointing

fantastic position, very clean and with a very good breakfast. There is also free parking about a 10 minute walk away as an option if needed . Staff are very pleasant and inclusive and are always available at reception. There is a fridge and kettle in the room which is a great addition.
