This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43' TV, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. In the bright and pleasant apartment there is a very quaint courtyard with plants and seating area to have a drink. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and all the cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge. In the building we have a large terrace for common use for all guests of the building. Equipped with sofas in several areas to relax and sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
If you travel by car, there is the possibility of leaving it in an underground parking, on request for 25 euros per day, at 'Plaza de la Concordia', just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Do not hesitate to contact us to reserve your place.

The location was great once I got my bearings and it was a short walk to main areas. It is in an old city which comes with street noise which is fine if you’re prepared. I always take earplugs with me. Area had everything that I needed. There is a large supermarket in the basement of el Corte ingles. The apartment was very clean and tidy with modern appliances. The bathroom was lovely- great shower with fabulous non slip flooring. Plenty of hot water and lovely towels. Lounge area very comfortable with tv that had netflix. You can screen share from your own device. QR code has instructions for all devices in the apartment. Kitchen/dining area had everything I needed, was very modern and clean. Patio area while enclosed was lovely to sit in. It was good to get fresh air without any blinding sun. I also used the clothes horse for drying washing. The bedroom was room with plenty storage. Bed was very comfy. It is next to the street but I didn’t have any bother. I slept well every night. There are another 5 apartments in the building and people going in and out the main door often let it slam shut which was very noisy and somewhat irritating. Perhaps a polite sign on inside the main door would be helpful. I did not use the roof terrace as I had the small patio however I didn’t visit and it looked great. I also used the local recycling services that are a short walk away.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien agencé. Il est aisé de rentrer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement qui est très bien situé. L'immeuble dispose d'ailleurs d'un roodtop trop mignon et agréable. Le logement était propre. Le lit était confortable. Un petit patio privé très agréable complète le tout.

Great apartment right in the heart of Seville

I really liked the apartment, it's tastefully decorated, squeaky clean, equipped with everything you might possibly need and it has a lovely terrace, not to mention the rooftop one. But most of all I appreciated the communication with the hosts. From the moment we booked to the arrival, Marta kept in touch and gave us all the information we needed and more. Bonus: it's right in the center and kid friendly. I honestly have no suggestion. Everything was above my expectations. Congrats!
