This spacious 5-bedroom cabin is perfect for families and friends seeking nature, fun, and relaxation. The cabin has 4 king bedrooms, a cozy bunk room, a private indoor pool, a movie theater, a game room, and 2 decks with mountain views. It can comfortably hold up to 14 guests.

Guest access

As guests, your whole family can access the whole cabin and amenities. We use a smart locks for easy check-in and check-out.

The combination will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number that booked the reservation, and will only be valid during your stay.

Free parking is available for up to 5 vehicles directly in front of the home.

Other things to note

- The cabin is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started comfortably during your stay. For longer visits, please be prepared to purchase additional supplies as needed.

- During winter, icy conditions may occur; a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended.

- The cabin's water supply is sourced from a well; be conscious of water usage to maintain consistent pressure.

- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or the system may back up and there will be a fee passed through to the guest.

- Hot tub water may be heating upon arrival due to back-to-back guest arrivals; it will be ready within a few hours.

- Strict no-pets policy enforced; any evidence of pets incurs a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee.

- No Parties/Events: We request that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own, ensuring it remains in pristine condition for future guests and your potential return visits. To be considerate of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am.

- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent our property.

- No Smoking Inside: To maintain the freshness of our home, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

- The cabin is surrounded by a rich variety of wildlife; encountering bugs is rare but part of the mountain experience. If you have any issues with wildlife, you must contact us immediately during your stay so we can take action.

- The pool temperature is kept at 84 degrees year round, which is the highest we can turn the pool heater up to.

- For your safety, our property is monitored by a parking lot camera and a doorbell camera; disconnecting these devices is prohibited during your stay.

- Refund Policy: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for weather-related incidents, natural disasters, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard your travel plans, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance, which can offer coverage in case of cancellation outside of our policy window.
