The three rustic log cabins share ample flat parking, a spacious picnic area with a fire pit, three inviting hot tubs, and so much more. The centerpiece is a 3-level main cabin boasting 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests and perfect for communal gatherings. A second cabin spans two levels, housing 3 beds and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The third cabin, a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath abode, accommodates 4 guests and serves as an intimate getaway. In total, this retreat provides ample room for 30 guests to find their own space and settle in comfortably. With three well-equipped kitchens and two game rooms featuring amenities like a pool table, foosball, air hockey, Plus a theater room, your group will have a variety of engaging activities to enjoy. Bring your entire village with you down to The Settlement next time you visit the Great Smoky Mountains! Please be aware The Settlement is atop a steep driveway with a switchback. However, rest assured that it is both paved and textured for your convenience. During the winter season, we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle.
