Nice quiet location. Great outdoor area. 3 king beds, and 2 rollaway twin beds. Hot tub, pool table, tv, and seating in the converted carport area. Fire pit and corn hole in the back yard. Also a boat ramp to access the lake less than a mile away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was the hot tub area. Watching movies while playing pool or being in the hot tub. We definitely recommend. Excellent communication with the owner.

Had everything we needed to relax!

The house was as advertised, clean and had all of the items we needed for a home away from home. The kids enjoyed the carport fun and hot tub! This is a perfect spot to stay if you're attending the Cal Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. Close enough to travel each day, but just far enough to be out of the city. They have a tie out for the dog and ar relax

Quiet and Relaxing

The house was as advertised and more. Spacious with great amenities. No need for towels, sheets, shampoo, or soap. Nice outdoor amenities as well. The neighborhood is storage and cows so no worries, the neighbors are quiet. We’ll try to get this location for every visit.
