Welcome to The Gathering at the Summit, a luxury modern mountain cabin in the Smoky Mountains offering breathtaking long-range views, upscale amenities, and a private resort-style experience. This is not your typical Smoky Mountain cabin — this is a high-end, custom-built mountain retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable group getaways.
Perfect for family reunions, executive retreats, and large family vacations, this home is located in the prestigious Summit on Bluff Mountain community and offers both privacy and convenient access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood.
The Gathering is nestled on 3.26 acres in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods, the Summit on Bluff Mountain. Custom construction of this large estate home features 5900 square feet, 6 large Bedrooms, all ensuites for 6 full baths plus two half baths. Each bedroom has its own large HDTV. The Living Room soars with a 30 foot ceiling featuring a large stack stone fireplace to the ceiling. The kitchen spared no expense with a high end GE Cafe 36" 6 burner gas range and large convection oven. The microwave is neatly tucked away within the large island. Home has 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors throughout as a minimum. The garage area is an indoor pool area with a 16 foot by 20 foot pool with colored lights, water bubblers, volleyball and basketball along with dining seating, a half bath and a 75" HDTV to enjoy poolside.
Kids bunk room includes 3 Queen Beds, 2 twin beds, 3 Smart HDTV's with 2 XBOX One X game systems with four controllers.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Beautiful home! Very private! We had 10 of us we all had private bathrooms and showers. Outdoor fire pit and indoor pool! Awesome vacation! We will definitely be booking again!

The Gathering- We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!

We just got back from an incredible stay at this ultra-luxurious home in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area, and it completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. What really made the trip special was the amazing indoor heated pool. We spent hours playing basketball and volleyball in the pool, and it was such a hit with everyone. The kids especially loved the dual Xbox setup in the game room—it was a blast playing on two Xboxes at once, plus and additional large TV all in one room. What a fun idea! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the outdoor gas fire pit was the ideal spot for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful mountain evenings. The gas grill worked great for cookouts, and the views from the property are just breathtaking. Mornings on the back deck watching the sunrise were absolutely magical—one of the highlights of our entire trip. The house sits on over 3 acres, giving us wonderful privacy and that peaceful mountain feel while still being conveniently located to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. The bedroom setup is fantastic—every bedroom is an en-suite with its own bathroom, plus two additional half baths. It made getting ready in the mornings so easy and gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The hosts were truly amazing—super responsive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making sure their guests have an outstanding experience. They thought of everything. We’re already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for a high-end, luxurious short-term rental in the Smoky Mountains with incredible amenities and peaceful surroundings, look no further. This place is a gem! Highly, highly recommend!
