The Grandé is a lakefront fishing cabin on Douglas Lake in Jefferson County, East Tennessee — a Bill Dance Signature Lake nestled in the Smoky Mountains, nationally recognized for trophy Largemouth, Smallmouth, Crappie, and Walleye. The official MLF Pro Circuit blast-off and weigh-in at Dandridge Boat Ramp is just minutes away, alongside the Big Bass Tour and Bill Dance Giant Bass Open. Self check-in means you're out the door before first light, and there's a big driveway with plenty of room for trucks and trailers. The best tournament fishing cabin on Douglas Lake — fits your whole tournament crew, sleeps 15.

This waterfront cabin sits just steps from Douglas Lake — 30 seconds across the street and you're at the water's edge. Private lake access year-round. Douglas Lake rises March through October — during peak season the lake is right at the property. During lower water months, access shifts down the street to our private waterfront parcel, which always has water. Either way, you're never without peaceful lake access. Kayaks and fishing gear are available as optional add-ons, and kayaks are complimentary for 6+ night stays (with advance notice). A public boat launch on Douglas Lake is just minutes from the property — bring your boat or jet ski and spend the day on the water.

Guest Access:
Full private access to the entire property — nothing shared. Includes sauna, hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, outdoor gym, fire pit, game room, wraparound porch with private decks, and free parking.
