Gi-Pa's Getaway is named for a grandma and grandpa who walked through the front door and knew right away this was the place. They bought it so their children and grandchildren would have a home for their Smoky Mountain vacations, and they decided to share it with other families too. Every detail, from the pirate ship pool to the popcorn machine, was chosen with grandkids in mind.



Tucked inside the gated community of Walden's Ridge, on the quiet side of the Smokies between Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge, the cabin has 3 king suites and 4.5 baths. It's made for big families, multi-family trips, reunions, and holidays you'll want to repeat every year.

Climb aboard the heated, saltwater pirate ship-themed indoor pool. It's warm all year, rain or shine, snow or sun, and beach towels are waiting poolside.



🎬 Movie night, every night

The private home theater has a big projector screen, surround sound, and a real movie-theater popcorn machine. Two sets of full-size bunk beds turn it into the ultimate cousins' sleepover.



🎮 A game room that runs from breakfast to bedtime

Arcade games, custom pinball, a foosball table, an Infinity game table with 60+ classic and modern games, and shelves of board games. There's a fireplace and plenty of seating nearby for the grown-ups.



♨️ Hot tub with a view (and the game on)

Soak on the covered deck with an outdoor TV and wide-open Smoky Mountain views. It's perfect for a ballgame, a movie, or just the stars.



🔥 Two fire pits, endless s'mores

There's a wood-burning fire pit out front and a gas fire table on the deck. Firewood is stocked, so just bring the marshmallows.



🍳 Cook together, eat together

A big, fully stocked kitchen with granite, stainless appliances, regular and K-Cup coffee, and a large dining table that looks out at the mountains. Fire up the gas grill on the wraparound deck for a true Smoky Mountain cookout.

• Top level: king suite with private bath, plus a sleeper sofa

• Main level: two king suites with private baths, plus a queen sleeper in the living room and a half bath

• Lower level: theater room with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds and a full bath

Every level has its own living space and fireplace, so even a big group has room to spread out.
