Rambling River Waterpark has a heated infinity-edge pool, lazy river, splash pad, soaking spa, outdoor saunas, outdoor movie theater, mini golf, pickleball, life-size outdoor billiards, and a fire pit lounge with cabanas. It is shared with other resort guests. It is a short walk from the cabin.

Guests describe a newer community that is minutes from everything, with plenty of restaurants and outings within 10 to 15 miles. For fall and holiday trips, Tanger Outlets (~2 mi) and The Island (~4 mi) are close, Dollywood is ~6 mi, and the Gatlinburg Strip is ~13 mi. One caveat: it is still a newer development, so expect some weekday construction.

Jan to Feb: water features closed. Pickleball and mini golf stay open.
Mar, Sep, Oct: Sun to Thu 10 AM to 8 PM, Fri and Sat 10 AM to 10 PM.
Apr to Aug: daily, 10 AM to 10 PM. All water is heated.

📹 Exterior cameras cover entrances and driveways, recording video and audio at all times. No cameras inside the home. Indoor noise monitors detect sound levels only and do not record.
