Greenbrier Estate was designed by our family to provide an exclusive and memorable experience for large groups. Greenbrier sleeps up to 88 guests with 28 private suites! The estate includes our wonderful Foxwood & Sycamore Mansions, two twin cabins on the same property created with your group's needs in mind. We designed each cabin so every room is a private suite with its own bathroom, deck access, and view of the Smokies. The open layout of each cabin make it easy for the whole group to gather, with plenty of space for everyone to tuck away & relax on their own. Each cabin has its own movie theater, game rooms, hot tubs, stocked kitchen, large dining room, and spacious decks on every floor with plenty of rocking chairs. Outside you'll find a gas firepit, gas grills, plenty of parking, and beautiful mountain views, all just minutes from town. We rented both mansions. It was very clean and just as described. 33 people in our party and no complaints. Setting and space was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook all our meals.

Great Secluded Work Trip

This place was PERFECT for our company offsite. There were several great meeting spots in both cabins that worked really well for our group size (23 people). Everyone was able to have their own room/bathroom/balcony. The cabins were spacious and clean! The views were great and the firepit was a fan favorite for late-night hangouts. We truly were satisfied with not only the property itself but also it was budget-friendly for us. The only con we had was the wifi. In the main areas of the cabin by the kitchen, it works great, but in the upstairs and downstairs, it's very spotty. Overall, we loved it and definitely would love to come back again! -Bbot, Inc.
