Soft winter light settles over the quiet dead‑end street as you pull up, and the peaceful setting invites you to unwind before you even step inside. Mornings feel unhurried, whether you’re watching steam rise from the hot tub in the cool mountain air or curling up by the electric fireplace. When you’re ready for activity, the game room, indoor entertainment, and private courts keep the fun flowing without ever leaving the property.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a loft provide space for up to twelve guests. Two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin over twin trundle beds make up the eight beds. Each sleeping area includes a Smart TV, room‑darkening shades, extra pillows, and fresh linens. Full bathrooms are conveniently located, with some ensuite setups that connect directly to the bedrooms.



Indoor living

The main living room centers around a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a cozy spot for cooler evenings. The game room is packed with arcade machines, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, a bowling‑style arcade, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A PlayStation 5 in the loft adds another layer of entertainment. Ceiling fans, indoor heating, and reliable Wi‑Fi keep the space comfortable year‑round.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool is heated to 85 °F from March 1 through December 31; in January and February it can be heated for an additional $400 per reservation. The hot tub is available at all times, and the fire pit offers a warm gathering spot even in winter. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, and sun loungers invite al fresco meals. Private basketball and pickleball courts provide active options, and bikes are provided for exploring the surrounding area.
