Bear Valley Splash is a newly built, three-story log cabin of about 2,280 square feet with its own private indoor heated pool, a backyard playground, and a creek running along the tree line out back. The main level has a king master and opens to the deck; upstairs holds a second king plus a loft with a twin-over-full bunk; and the lower level is the fun zone, with the indoor pool, a game room with foosball and air hockey, and a lounge with a sleeper sofa. A fire pit and hot tub round out the yard.

Needs a deep clean

We found hair in our sheets upon pulling them back the first night. Very dusty blinds, decor, floor boards. Two of the three showers were draining poorly. (This was fixed the day that we called). The shower liner had mildew. (This was remedied with a new liner, again on the same day that we called). One bathtub has peeling, stained (black/brown caulk that was supposed to be white). Pool area was clean, lower basement play area was clean. There were stains on the outdoor furniture and the covered deck could use a sweep and scrub. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There appeared to be an issue with the roof in that we noted some leaking near the living area over the sofa as well as another spot in the kitchen.
