Perfect location right off the Parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. While the home was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean, we drove 9 hours and got into town around 8 and realized I had not received check in instructions. Couldn’t contact the host, nor could VRBO customer service for over an hour. We sat in a parking lot until 9:30 before we finally made contact. The host said I must have overlooked the check in information because they had already sent it. When I asked when and to where, they responded with “through SMS 3 minutes ago”. The gaslighting was very frustrating considering we had been waiting for almost 2 hrs well after check in. Aside from that exchange, the host was helpful and offered recommendations. The view we looked forward to from the listing pictures was nonexistent and the bathtub didn’t hold water which we saw a prior guest had left a complaint on. Otherwise, the home was beautiful, well stocked, and very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.

Lovely fresh interiors and furnishings. Very spacious and functional kitchen and living areas. Large master bedroom and bathroom, other bedrooms and bathroom very nice. Very clean.Remote location on top of ridge is very pleasant, far away from the hubbub of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Could see where access may be challenging in inclement weather. Overall great experience for 5 days!

This looked like a normal manufactured home from the outside, but inside it looked like a cabin. It was very well decorated, and the beds and couch were very comfortable. Our only complaint was there were no extra blankets, although we found 3 extra pillows. I did speak to the host after we left about that and the fitting of the sheets. The master bdrm had very ill fitting sheets and he said he would take care of it for future guests. We saw a young bear nearly every night of our stay, so that was really neat!! We really had a great stay and of all the cabins we have stayed in the last 20 years, this one was our favorite and the best location. WE WILL RETURN!!
