Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.

Everything was clean, plenty of space. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and we loved the lights for night use with ambiance! The game room was a hit with the kids and the husband with a love for Miss Pac-Man!

The hot tub was nasty !!! The kitchen had no Cookwear the house was dirty we contacted the owners and they lied to us told us they were sending someone out and clean the hot tub which never happened until 30 min before we left to come back home it was the worst experience I have ever had I won't be using summit cabin rental again

The place was ok. Beds are very firm. Pool table accessories need some attention. Arcade game was fun! If you have small children, the door going downstairs can be an issue. Bring a safety gate. The road/driveway entrance has a decent drop and some holes making it a pain to get in and out. May be difficult for a car. That being said - the place is overall nice. The price was reasonable. Also - the place is for sale.

The house was clean very roomy, the beds were comfortable. For a place that sleeps 12 we had no dish towels, 3 dinner plates and two tall glass. The grill was thrown down over the hill broken. The fire pit is useable but cumbersome. The shower in the basement was falling apart and leaking. I did let the Mgr know, I hope they get it all taken care of soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin in Sevierville! The location was perfect—close enough to town and the Smoky Mountains attractions, but still tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the porch with its beautiful mountain views, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

What a great property! We even got to see a black bear up close and personal! We are already hoping to come back to the same place in the next year or so to repeat our vacation! There were 12 of us total - 8 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had fun and the littles LOVED the movie room!

Conveniently located and private

The house was wonderful and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed playing pool, getting in the hot tub, the theater room and sitting on the back porch in the shade. The dining room table is so large, we had a blast playing cards on it every night. We will definitely ear mark this for a repeat stay in the fall!!

Bears !!several and had one in the hot tub.

Great place, we had some maintenance issues so hopefully that’s fixed. Decent place good location and we loved that it’s semi secluded. Overall a great place and we would rent again. Kids loved the pool table area and it was nice that they could stay up and close the door to that room so it wasn’t noisy. Beds are comfy, house was clean, nice area and great for the party of 11 that we took.

Relaxing Stay

Overall, our stay was good. There are a few things (in my opinion) the house needs updated (the beds feel like you’re sleeping on a rock, the shower heads are super short, one of the shower doors didn’t close all the way, the door knobs are loose and some of the dead bolts don’t work, ect.) We also brought charcoal to use for the grill but it was not there like it was shown in the listing. Again overall y we had a good time and this is just my opinion! Everything was super clean and the games were fun and kitchen was easy to use as well.

Overall a cute and peaceful place to stay but we had issues with the cleanliness. We were excited about getting in the hot tub but the water was green and nasty so unfortunately we were not able to get in. Left over trash from previous stays. And the toilets were not properly cleaned.there was an issue with the downstairs toilet getting backed up and feminine products coming up from the toilet. We were not able to use it.

Perfect mountain bungalow

The home was perfect for a large group but would be perfect for a small family! Great game room, sleeping quarters for kids and great bedrooms for adults too! The view is amazing! Worth every single penny!!! You would want to bring all the extras like soap, toilet paper (we had 6 adults and 4 kids), spices etc. the list that summit provides will guide you!!
