It was a good stay. Only problem I had was that when we went to breakfast there was a syrup spill on floor and when they were cleaning it up I had to go to the other side to get food. That was when this tall guy that worked there came over and took the tongs away and put them back. There was no room to maneuver. Didnt seem to friendly.

Pam from the front desk was very helpful and super nice! Our room was spacious for a family of 5 and very clean. Indoor pool was open all day which was great. And not to forget the breakfast, it was a big hit for my family! Will book again in the future!

Room was spacious with plenty of pillows and blankets. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas and we took several family photos. Adjacent seating area also very comfortable and homey. Full breakfast kept fresh. Perfect location for visiting our family in Knoxville east side area.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was okay. The only things that were a bit frustrating were the fireplace and the internet. The internet kept going in and out continually. The fireplace was on a timer, so you had to keep restarting it about every 3 minutes.

Clean rooms and no odors. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.Love the 11am checkout when most places are set at 10am. We had a cheer competition at the Sevierville Convention Center which was just an 8minute drive. We will stay again!
