Be the first to stay in this NEW luxury cabin in new development with over 3500 square feet. This house easily sleeps 16. Brand new outdoor water park opening March 15 2025! Free to guests. Includes outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, lawn movie area, outdoor picnic area and more! Kids will LOVE the upstairs game room with built in bunk beds (with TVs in each bunk and curtains to close :) ) Game room equipped with TV, 2 multi-cade arcades, shuffle board and plenty of board games. Also, complete with mini fridge and ice maker. Sit back and enjoy a game on TV. Plenty of room to sleep 4 in the game room (pull out sofa and twin/twin bunkbed) with full private bathroom. Two Primary bedrooms on main level with king size beds and full bath attached to each. Don't miss the upstairs bedrooms! Complete with king beds and full baths as well. One of the upstairs rooms also comes with built-in queen/queen bunkbeds too (easily sleeps 6 in one room). All Bedrooms are suites with their own private baths. Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.

Depending on when you book your stay, there is currently an outdoor waterpark being developed. This is a one of a kind neighborhood being developed!!
Outdoor waterpark anticipated to be completed in spring 2025 (per builder, dates are subject to change). It will include, outdoor pool, lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, outdoor picnic areas, outdoor movies and more! This is at no cost to you!

The house was in a beautiful setting facing the mountains. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic for colder days. The resort pool amenities are incredible, and the fact that it was already open for us in April was key as most other area resort outdoor pools were still closed. The kids loved mini golf. The kitchen and main living spaces are tight for a house that is meant to sleep so many people. However, with so many things to do outside at the property resort and in the National Park (take the backroads and bypass to avoid Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg traffic), it worked fine for our extended family.

This place was fantastic! High quality, very clean place with fully stocked kitchen including two kids boosters seats, plenty of towels, and gorgeous view! Theater room was great for watching basketball tournament games & movies, indoor pool was great for the kids, hot tub great for adults, and the water park area was fantastic with plenty activities! Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic, and our accommodation was flawless. As grandparents, we enjoyed having our children and grandchildren there. Access to all levels was easy, with wide stairs that ensured comfort for everyone, from 6 months to 67 years old. The theater room, pool, and game room suited our needs perfectly. If it were possible, I would rate our hostess above 5 stars; she was truly exceptional in every aspect. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wonderful! Four nights. 7 adults 5 children. Everyone had plenty of room. The indoor pool, movie theater was a great time. Excellent Stay!

Loved this property and the water park. We were mostly gone to the waterpark everyday. Having a well- maintained private pool and hot tub was a plus. Having 3 locations to gather (main floor, theater room downstairs, and game room upstairs) fit the bill for everyone. Wow, the kitchen was so we'll stocked and greatly appreciated since we cooked all our meals. Having a kids pack n' play, portable high chair and kids plates etc so excellent. Only complaints were with cleaning crew which left the floors dirty (the bottoms of our feet were quite dirty) and they weren't done upon our check in time, but the communication with the property manager was great! Would definitely stay again.

Best Stay ever

I can't say enough about this place. The location is so awesome. It's only a couple of minutes from Parkway, but yet you feel like you're back away from everything, but don't have to worry about all of the hills and mountains. The resort is going to be awesome when it's completely done.... even now, with it being built still, it's awesome. The house itself was amazing. It was perfect for us.Everything about it was just amazing, and we will definitely stay again. There's not a single thing. I can complain about it was so clean, so beautifully decorated. Everything was explained, it was just perfect.

Perfect house for family vacation!

The house was incredible and beautiful. Plenty of space for the whole family. Indoor pool came in handy during the summer storms. Plenty of kitchen aides- cups, plates, utensils, etc. Location enough off the parkway with great view of the mountains. Yet close enough to get to everything on the parkway. Neighborhood under construction as described but we didn’t notice any noise or have any issues. The host communication was detailed and timely. We would come back again for sure.

Perfect stay!

This home and Amy were wonderful. The home was very clean and had all of the accommodations to fit everyone’s needs. Each on suite was perfect to have space and privacy. The views were beautiful out the back deck. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
