Beautiful home. A group of 12 adults and 10 kids. Had plenty of room to play and relax. Property was 15 min from pigeon forge and 25 min from Gatlingburg.

As far as the facilities go, I give 5 stars. Only gave 4, because the cleaners did not do a thorough job before our arrival. Reported issue and was resolved the following day, as we did not get in till late. Everyone we encountered was very nice and took care of any issues we had.

At check-in time, the property was not in a habitable condition, leaving our entire team waiting in the rain while the 2 person crew started clean up- pushing checkin to 5:30 pm-adding pics of conversation with the manager/owner Michael who has since ghosted me. This place is a ripoff.
