There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. Was kind of dirty on in the inside. Rained and there was no coverage outside at all. Including the hot tub, also the hot tub was covered in algae so it made you so slimy you couldn't shower it off. Wish I could say better, but not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

We spent a few nights with a party of 6 ages 15-60 and we had a wonderful time. Only issue we had at the place was the cookware needs to be replaced. We ended up having to make pancakes in a pot, but other than that the place was great. It was clean, beds comfortable and I absolutely loved the tower fan.

Absolutely PERFECT location. A very clean and quiet house. We had horseback riding ,Dollywood and The Island all just minutes from the driveway. All 8 members of the family was pleased and have agreed this will be our spot for Pigeon Forge.

Fun in the Smokies!

Location for all that we did was excellent! Cottage was as as described. We had older family members so one floor was great. Only negative, beds were hard.
