Inside, the main level features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, plus two bedrooms for restful nights. Head upstairs to the loft game room where the fun never ends with an air hockey table, pool table, foosball, sleeper sofa, and a TV.

Step outside to soak in the hot tub, relax on the wraparound deck, or take in the peaceful, seasonal lake views. With free Wi-Fi and plenty of entertainment, Mountain Memories is the ideal spot to unwind, make memories, and explore the Smoky Mountains.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with King-sized bed, closet & smart TV. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
* Bedroom #2 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with two (2) Queen-sized beds, closet & smart TV. This bedroom has an attached jack-and-jill bathroom.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner`s closet.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

*The driveway is on an incline/hill. The parking area is flat. 4WD is necessary during winter months if there is inclement weather.

*$75 pet fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.

BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area. Any guests violating this rule will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
