Apartment appears as in photos

Overall the apartment was comfortable and clean. Our check in experience was not typical for a VRBO property. We were coming by taxi and were told to pick up the keys at another location and that there was no one to meet us at the apartment . Also as a group of 4 adults, we were only given one key which made any separate outing difficult. We were told there was a passcode for the apartment door, however, access to the building needed a key. The apartment should be numbered in order to find it when no representative is going to be present on your arrival. Portugal is a lovely city and the unit is walking distance to several restaurants, cafes and the town square. We love Portugal and look forward to returning to this friendly country.

10 min walk to town center

We had difficulty with the door lock and could not enter the apartment for a couple of hours. The drain in the main shower was blocked. However the property manager responded very quickly to resolve the problems.

Comfortable apartment on beautiful small plaza

This is a very comfortable apartment on a sweet little plaza with a neighborhood restaurant and a few cafes. It's quiet and filled with the sound of birds in the morning. I enjoyed having my morning coffee sitting out on the balcony. It's an easy walk to the historic district and all the major sites in Setubal. The staff and property manager were very responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs.
