Just 15 minutes from Setúbal (N10), 30 minutes from Lisbon (A2 via 25 de Abril bridge) and 40 minutes from Lisbon (A33 via Vasco da Gama bridge); closest route to the airport. The house is located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the magnificent Serra da Arrábida. From here you can easily discover the best that the Setúbal Peninsula has to offer. The mountains, the beaches, the food, the wine and much more. The house comprises, on the first floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room that gives access to a patio where you can enjoy al fresco meals. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room that heats the entire first floor. There is a heater on the first floor and 2 fans. The house has private parking within the property. For safety, there is a fire blanket in the kitchen and a first aid kit. The house is decorated in a simple and practical way to ensure a comfortable stay. Calm down.
