Internet wasn’t great, didn’t work all the time. staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel smelled like sewage the second day, even in the rooms which was unfortunate, there is also no parking, you have to find parking on the street which can be quite difficult when you have a rental car. Would I go back I would say no, was it terrible no, but not what I expected when I booked it.

The room was extremely hot. It was heated to 28 degC with no ability to change the temperature as this was centrally controlled. The only way to cool the room was to open the doors but was warned of mosquitoes. With the door closed the room remains at 26-27 degC

I had a problem with the room I booked and after waiting 2hrs for a solution, they ugrated me to a suite with a sea view. Very happy with the room accommodation. I'm dissatisfied with the WiFi conditions. I had a business meeting I had to attend between 11.30-13.00 and checkout is at 12pm. I left the room on time but the WiFi cuts off the moment you're checking out. You had to pay to extend the checkout even if you want to just use their WiFi at the cafe

After spending 7 nights in Mallorca, staying at 4 different 4 star hotels all over the island, I am giving this honest review whilst comparing the standards of all 4 of the hotels that we stayed in. Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel at the bottom of that list of 4 for the following reasons. The first is the lack of parking. There is no car park and very limited street parking. We had to drive around the town twice before finally finding a space which was not even very close to the hotel. Next was reception. We were told on check-in that the sky bar was closed but we could go and take photos if we wanted. The sky bar was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and so this news came as a massive disappointment. However, the information was misleading because it turned out it was open later that evening and the next evening. Also, we booked a Suite which had a coffee maker and we were provided with 2 coffee pods

Relaxing stay in Ses Salines

Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

We never really made it to like this hotel. I feel bad, because I know that all the staff did all they had, and the hotel is new or renovated, but so many people for such a small place, people putting their beach towel and no one is checking if its there the whole day without being used on the sunbed (towls that a 4 start hotel can't deposite you for free but you have to pay), then there is the pool, it was dirty and so warm and the color makes it probably look even more dirty, then you have to pay for the sunbeds at the ocean. always a huge line to wait with the elevator, waiting and waiting because only 2 of them. as I first said, I'm sorry because it is not a bad place, it just didnt work for us, too small and too many people.

Beautiful town and area, awful service and hotel

Clean hotel in lovely location and view of the sea. Shame it was such an outdated and unkept hotel including rooms and lift. Bathroom was very marked up. No fan to extract the steam from it. Way too hot in the evening as the air con stopped working. Cleaners disturbed us and woke us up early both mornings for room service,despite the sign up the second time, and despite asking the second cleaner who'd knocked 30 minutes later to come back that afternoon in spanish she ignored us and proceeded to walk into our room while we're both in bed undressed, very inappropriate and then left our door open when she left. Could hear everything from other rooms at night including going to the toilet and no noise cancellation. Cleaners also dragged furniture round at 8am in the morning while cleaning making lots of noise. When we told reception about this she just said she understood and moved on without apology or any customer service. Pool is too busy to get a sunbed plus you have to pay to hire them and the towels (both pay a fee and provide a deposit on top which makes no sense). There were a lot of nicer hotels in the area so Id stay elsewhere unless youre looking for outdated, to not sleep and to experience rude cleaners and staff. Also 1 single beds provided with no double despite booking a double. Breakfast was ok.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt einfach super angenehm. Mir hat es richtig gut gefallen, ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr modernes Hotel für Familien oder Paare. Leider gibt es erst ab 13 Uhr Mittag oder Snacks was für Kinder sehr spät ist und im März leider nichts naheliegend offen hat. Mietwagen ist definitiv sinnvoll.
