Pleasant family house in a quiet area away from the road, close to all amenities. 600m2 of enclosed garden, 35m2 of terrace, half of which is covered with equipped kitchen. A first bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom with separate toilet with outdoor access ideal for teenagers. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with dressing room, a toilet, a shower room. A fitted kitchen open to a small living room with balcony, view of the port and the Valinco golf course. Interior and equipment renovated.
New kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, tassimo, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
In the living room, TV and fibre internet.
Porto pollo is located 45km south of Ajaccio, 25km north of Propriano, 20min from the prehistoric site of Filitosa.
Opportunities for jet skiing and scuba diving. Your arrival and departure will be managed by the concierge A Marina de Serra di Ferro, arrival times are scheduled for 4pm and departures for 10am.

Très bonne prise en charge dès notre arrivée par la conciergerie qui s’est révélée être à l’écoute et réactive. Le logement est idéalement situé avec un environnement très agréable et calme . Nous recommandons cette location à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces .Merci aux propriétaires et à sa conciergerie pour leur gentillesse, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Magnifique propriété près de la plage et du port avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses,la cuisine bien équipée, L'aménagement au niveau du jardin avec cuisine d'été, salle de bains, machine à laver très bien pensé.
