Just 5 minutes from the beach, come discover our brand-new 100 m² apartment nestled among olive trees, on the first floor of a villa in Olmeto, 3 bedrooms, air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi, 50 m² private garden, covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with countertop, pizza oven, and barbecue.

Very quiet street with little traffic; private parking space. The villa consists of only two apartments, each with a separate entrance.

All bedrooms feature a walk-in closet.

In the Gulf of Valinco, you can: enjoy water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing...), rent jet skis or boats by the day or week, go hiking or quad biking, try a tree-top adventure course, lounge on the beach, and enjoy many other activities—don’t wait any longer!

Surrounded by olive trees, you can enjoy the peace and quiet to unwind. l accueil très rapide sans mot de bienvenue ,la clé est sur la porte ,vous pouvez y aller!!!!Le logement très bien et fonctionnel mais problème de lattes avec un lit qu il fallait réparer chaque matin ...Le propriétaire a fait ce qu il a put mais je pense qu il aurait fallu changer le sommier directement .Sinon rien a redire ...
