The hotel is in a beautiful location in sequoia park.
The grounds and hotel layout is good.
The last 30miles of the journey to the hotel from Three Rivers is very winding as you ascend. We did this for the first time in the dark and this was not sensible.
The room was big and comfortable - but not modern.
The restaurant was poor quality. We went once for breakfast which was ok, and also for dinner which was poor. They didnt stock coke and then had run out of bud light. The order was delivered wrong and then food was poor. We did not eat the food we ordered.
The guy on reception when we arrived, Perez, was exceptional. Really polite and professional. We saw him a couple of times and he always was warm and welcoming. Not all of the lobby staff were like this.
The hotel is definitely worth it for the location - if you want a quiet retreat in sequoia.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staying here is all about the location. The three buildings with the guest rooms are nothing special.
Wuksachi Lodge was the perfect place to stay during a recent trip to Sequoia National Park. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the nearby lodge had enough food, drinks, and souvenirs to get me by during my stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit this National Park.
Quite a walk from the hotel bldg to the lobby/restaurant bldg. No elevator and not properly accessible for elderly. Gift shop option is limited. On the plus side, great location to the giants, nice view from the windows, and adjustable heater works. Walls aren’t thin, and the room is very clean. Great restaurant service and food options and taste. Staff was helpful and considerate. Will stay again.
We stayed in the Stewart building. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The restaurant on the property was excellent (we were seated by the window & the fireplace). We walked in at 5pm without a reservation but were able to sit right away (October). A small gift shop by the front desk. It’s pricey but can’t beat the location.
Clean room, hairdryer cord not long enough so it kept coming out the wall while using it. Restaurant food quality was not great, but the pizza on the terrace was good.

Great staff, good food, wonderful location! Loved our visit
The young man who checked us in was informative and gave concise directions to get to our room. Couldn’t get good hot water to shower. Food choices were good. Gift shop was nice. Area is gorgeous.
