Les photos sur Expidia montraient une chambre rénovée, mais aucune photo de la salle de bain. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la chambre, nous avons decouvert une salle de bain non rénovée des annees 1970. De plus, la porte était defoncée par trois fissures et un panneau du côté de la vanité etait presque tombé. La récepteur nous a expliqué que seukes les chambres du rc etaient rénovées au complet. Nous avons l'impression de s'etre fait avoir sur Expedia en omettant de mettre cette information. De plus l'hôtel est aussi dispendieux que celui à coté : Chateau Arnaud, qui lui, est beaucoup plus récent. On c'est fait avoir. Nous ne sommes pas rester. Nous avons pris une chambre au Chateau Arnaud finalement. Malheureusement, notre chambre de l'Hotel Sept-Iles etait non remboursable. Nous avons perdu 200$ et nous ne retournerons jamais à cet hotel.

J'étais au premier plancher avec vu sur le fleuve. Très tranquille lors de mon séjour. Pourquoi je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles : matelas trop mou, pas de micro-onde 😔, mais il y a un frigo👍😂 et pas de poubelle ppur y mettre le recyclage. Je suis arrivée à la noirceur, donc, je suis entrée par l'extérieur puisque je devais me stationner. En ouvrant la porte, je suis entrée dans des rideaux qui était fermés et je ne trouvais pas de lumière pour en sortir. Très drôle😂 Les chambres ne sont pas tellement insonorisées : nous entendons le bruits des douches et des chasses d'eau (mais pas trop dérangeant, car comme mentionné plus haut, c'était tranquille). Aussi, quand le cadran d'une autre chambre sonne, on l'entend très très bien (pas eu à mettre le mien 😂)

Hi Please note there was a leak through the windows, it rained last night and there were huge puddles on the floor when I woke at midnight. I had to continuously wake up and keep wiping the floors and wringing out the towels. There whole room was full of dampness and moisture. I now have a flu and caught a chill. What a terrible experience

Not clean at all

Room was occupied by another guest. It was dirty. They figured out the issue. They gave me another room which was also dirty. They seems to be out of control. Hotel was not clean. I will not go there again.
