"The hotel was okay. We checked in late in the day as we were traveling for my daughter volleyball tournament the next day first thing in the morning. The problem started at 2am the fire alarm went off and evacuated the hotel (determined false alarm). After 30-45min we were told it was clear to return to the room. After we finally fell back to sleep about 3:30ish, the fire alarm goes off again about 4am. With having to be uo at 6am, we ended up staying awake. So we paid for a stay that we got no sleep. This hotel might have an issue with the fire alarm system because talking with a gentleman that travels for his job and had been at the hotel about a week said this happened a few days or so before with no explanation. I doubt I would stay again"

"Pros: It is a beautiful property. The pics accurately represent the dwelling, host is responsive, ammenities are plentiful, kitchens are stocked and host recommendations were helpful.Cons: You can't check in a minute early w/o a fee. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't check in. The instructions to get in were not complete (missing a necessary step), so we ended up not getting in until 20 minutes after our check in time when the host texted they unlocked it remotely. The day before you get there, you receive approximately 3 pages of 'house rules', to include disclosing there are cameras pointed at the hot tubs with recording. It's a lot of money to pay for a place in BFE Ohio and be that restricted."

"The cabin was spacious and refined. It was a great place to hang out and relax. We enjoyed all of the amenities."

"House in general was clean. Mattress’s were comfortable and once we got wash cloths out of the supply closet we had plenty of bath supplies. Broken shades in living room provided no respite from intense sun( we figured out how to hang sheets!) Missing remotes for fans and incorrect batteries for fans, remotes and lights. Filthy grill( wasn’t cleaned. Hot tub was dirty and missing pieces. Broken board on side deck ( hazard at night.) We messaged property manager and had a quick response but no one came to fix anything."
