Check-in was okay, room was clean. I noticed in the bathroom there were two small bottles of shampoo on the counter and asked the front desk if they had complimentary bottles of conditioner. I have long hair and benefit from conditioner, as with winter, my hair tends to be on the drier side, The front desk was not able to provide hair conditioner and remarked they do not have that.

The room was very affordable, however I was surprised at the rating being so high for cleanliness upon arrival. The room, though had been madeover for a new guest, was run down and not deep cleaned. We found a tick crawling on the bed and our son woke up with bites all over him from some bug. This was a pet friendly room hotel and we suppose a pet friendly room.

The room was cold; Even after increasing the heat. The TV was hard to work and the remote was worn. It was hard to see the markings on the remote. There was a big stain on the carpet. The desk chair was very used looking and the computer connection was dirty. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was pleasant.
