First, the lady at the front desk, amazing! Now we get there and room is freezing, heating unit broke...ok...switch rooms...new room the cable out...ok i fix that...the floor was dirty, hadnt been mopped in awhile...only one entrance and is inconvenient carrying bags when front spaces are taken...the bed sank in the middle and didnt realize this until bed time and it was too late to swap rooms...i dont think id stay there again...it was pretty to look at though...

Room was great. Check in person, less than pleasant. Web site says bar and restaurant, however it was not open. They need to update that. We would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the restaurant was closed

There was a bunch of mold on the bathroom ceiling, large amounts of dust in every corner, the tv didn’t work, and the one staff member I could find was too chatty for comfort. Also my room door didn’t lock all the way at first when closing the door, single female travelers beware!

The floor was dirty when I checked in, the toilet paper was not replenished it had maybe a 1/4 of a roll left, and there was no ice machine to be found.

Staff was nice, room was clean, and location was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar area were both closed and the morning breakfast had alot to be desired. I will go back when they reopens the restaurant area, not before than.

We love the Gould. However the bar was not open due to new ownership waiting for an alcohol license. The bar itself is very cozy and lovely. It will be awesome when it's open. The hotel was perfect for our needs for one night, and the village of Seneca Falls is charming.
