Our retreat is right smack dab on the wine trail (Route 89) Across the street from us is wooded-nobody! The rest of the neighborhood setting is park-like. The lake can be viewed from the yard, but during winter months from the house, as well. There are about 8 or so homes than can be seen from yard.

➤ Check-In/Out Details: Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM.
Be careful of the entry to the driveway is quite narrow and easy to miss, oh and careful of the gully! Before leaving, please take out your garbage, load the dishwasher, and lock the doors.
➤ Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home is equipped with 2 outward-facing nest cameras at the front and back of the house.
➤ House Rules: Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home. No pets. No shoes inside the home.

Please note: The home is located on a main lake road, so some road noise can be heard. We provide a sound machine for light sleepers.

➤ Bar: Channel your inner bartender with all the tools and barware you need. Try our signature cocktail using local ingredients! The space features a hand-painted, mid-century Scandinavian-inspired mural.

➤ Kitchen + Great Room: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook together, plus a Keurig for coffee lovers. Signature birch trees were hand-painted by your host, Nadia! The kitchen opens to the great room with a cozy gas fireplace and seasonal Cayuga Lake views as the leaves fall.

➤ Bedroom 1: King memory-foam, pillow-top coil mattress with luxurious sheets. Shares a full bathroom and is located at the front of the home near the entry.

➤ Bedroom 2: Queen memory-foam, pillow-top coil mattress with luxurious sheets. Shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 1.

➤ Bedroom 3: King memory-foam, pillow-top coil mattress, luxurious sheets and private ensuite bathroom. One of the best spots in the house to catch the sunrise! Includes a desk and chair.

➤ Bedroom 4: Private ensuite bathroom and dreamy flower sconces surrounding the headboard, complete with dimmable lighting.

➤ Dedicated Sleeping Area 5: Queen bed, workspace with a lake view and direct backyard access. This sleeping area is adjacent to the barrel tasting room and is enclosed with a full privacy curtain rather than a door.

➤ Barrel Tasting Room: Pretend you’re at your own private tasting! Gather around an old oak barrel with a drink from the wet bar. A hand-painted map highlights favorite stops along the wine trail and around the Finger Lakes.

➤ Rec/TV Room: 55” flat-screen TV (bring your own logins), plus workout and laundry space. This room is downstairs and open to the barrel tasting room.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside to enjoy lake views and a large grassy yard with a fire pit and seating for six. The sunroom and large front deck offer plenty of additional seating and a beautiful spot to catch the sunset.

Two kayaks and a trolley are available for guest use with a signed kayak waiver. Roll them across flat terrain to Cayuga Lake and the kayak launch, just a 2-minute walk from the back door.

There are no buses available near the home.

Home sits on one of the main lake roads with some road noise-but enjoy easy access to restaurants and wineries.
Guests must be able to traverse steps to reach the lower level barrel room, tv room, 4th King en suite and outdoor lawn area.
Please be careful of the side sloping grass-its a slippery slope in or after the rain.
