Quiet yet well located close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff was great (they always checked with us when was a convenient time for them to clean the room or perform turn down evening service) and the vibe was just right! (Loved the artwork!) Tried the spa too and thoroughly enjoyed the massages.. will be back for sure!

A really lovely place to stay. I enjoyed 3 nights in the Ethnic Suite and it was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and always offering to help, the food was great and the spa is just the 'icing on the cake!' I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Rooms look ok, but facilities were a bit dated. The pool in the villa were not quite heated. But the good thing about this place is the location. It's centrally located and easy to get a gojek from here. Their breakfast options are also quite decent and tasty !

The welcome team led by Shoga was excellent - very courteous and welcoming and mindful of our needs. Shoga went over everything - and they even gave us a free upgrade! The property is just beautiful and so was our villa with a private pool and what l believe to be a Balinese flair in the decor. Their spa service is excellent. Price was more than fair! Highly recommend.

Amazing friendly staff who were always happy to help. This was our 3rd stay here and will come back again. The only thing I feel they could improve on is serving coffee a little earlier for the early risers. Breakfast starts at 7.30am however being able to just grab a coffee earlier would be great.

What an incredible experience in paradise! The hotel grounds, restaurant and spa are all beautiful enough to be from a fairy tale! Everyone was top quality, but we cannot say enough about the helpful front desk staff. Also - if you’re going that way with your sweetheart, a couple’s spa treatment with a flower bath is a must do! Surreal moment in true paradise.
