The Villa features a beautiful private big pool with sun lounges and closed dining while the Bedrooms offers 2 lavish king bedrooms with ensuites and a enclosed living/kitchen area with a wall of sliding doors to let the outside in.

Stay within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket and only few minutes with Taxi to the beach and downtown Seminyak and all its attractions.

Make your way into your own private oasis through the secure gated entrance and be greeted with a lush, landscaped garden.

The living area features a plush sofa that overlooks the glistening pool area. Off to the side is the 55 inch smart TV offering Netflix to keep people of all ages entertained for hours.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/freezer, a gas cooktop, a hot and cold water dispenser, a microwave, a coffee maker, a rice cooker and a blender as well as utensils, pots and pans.

Guests will also receive a breakfast starter pack in the fridge including bread, eggs, jam, milk, soft drinks, coffee, sugar and tea so you can arrive and relax without having to worry about going out for supplies.

Stack open the wall of bifold doors to create a seamless transition from the living space into the pool area.

There are two lavishly appointed bedrooms within the Villa that are thoroughly air conditioned for your comfort. Both feature king beds equipped with draping mosquito nets and topped with hotel quality linen and bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Off the bedrooms are the full bathroom ensuites with walk in tiled showers, vanities stocked with all the essentials including shampoo, body wash, tissues, toothbrushes, toothpaste and mosquito spray as well as a bathtub.

The Villa is completely family friendly and can be set up to cater for children of all ages with one folding bed for an additional guest, a pack ’n play/travel cot, children’s books and toys, a highchair, a baby bath, children’s tableware, board games and even a fence to go around the pool to keep the little ones safe. (Pool fence at small extra fee of 60 USD)

Remote workers will love the fast and reliable WiFi for a perfect connection to zoom calls or just use it to stream Netflix without any frustrating buffering.

Outside is the lush oasis where you can lay back and relax with a drink on the sun lounges. The big sparkling pool is the place to be on a warm afternoon with fun inflatables for the kids and a floating breakfast tray to keep your complimentary drinking water, soft drinks and welcome snacks on while you’re enjoying the cool water.

The Villa and grounds will always be clean and safe with cleaning, gardening and pool service 6 days a week, as well as security at night all included with your stay.

If you check in at Daytime there will be a staff Team member to welcome you at the Villa during check-in to explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions. If you check in at Night time the Driver, security man or the key box will have the Key ready for you and we will meet you next day.

We live just 10-15 minutes away from the Villa, and readily available to attend any issues or provide help with anything at the Villa in a short time. We want to make sure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay with us always.

The Villa is located in a quite area with many privat Villas around, the next small Supermarket you will find a wolking distance of 200m Close to the Villas (300m) you will finde some small Restaurants, called Warungs, they offer very tasty local dishes for less than 1 usd, You can reach a small Mall with a big Supermarket, Burger King, Pizza Hut, (website hidden) Donuts in a distance less than 1 km The famous eating street, Jalan Laksmana with all the western Restaurants you can reach in 1,5km Also some nice Bars and Restaurants you find in Jalan Dhyana Pura ( Jalan Camplung Tanduk) just 1,5km distance from the Villa The beach is less than 2km from your Villa If you use a taxi, the price would be just around USD 2 to reach the beach.

We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car with a driver for Daytrips . Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek Applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the Villa these applications are allowed to work and pick-up or drop-off guests without a problem. Some areas of Bali restrict the use of any form of transportation applications such as these, which can be an issue when staying in an area as such as those.
We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. These apps also allow you to order food to the Villa within just minutes.
