Flat of 36m2 with one bedroom and a ‘cabin’, on the first floor without lift, in a secure residence, located at the foot of the Dune with a direct access to the beach.

The living room has a sofa (not convertible) with table and chairs, a TV and a sliding glass window facing west with a view of the Dune and the car park.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a washing machine, cupboards, a microwave, a mini-oven and a fridge with freezer.
