Located three blocks from The Matterhorn, in the heart of uptown Sedona, our beautiful single-story cottage boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a laundry room. The first and second bedrooms have king size beds, while the third offers a single bed and an additional single trundle bed for added convenience. The living room is equipped with a Television for late-night movie watching and the private outdoor patio invites you to unwind with a barbeque and a seating area, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a rewarding day of hiking. If you still have energy after your hike, enjoy the ping pong table in the garage for added fun.
There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax.
