Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
THE OWNERS CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE. WE WERE 2 FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND HAD TO RUN AROUND TO FIND A HOTEL WHICH WOUND UP COSTING OVER $1000 FOR A SINGLE NIGHT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I BLAME EXPEDIA FOR HAVING THIS PROPERTY ON YOUR WEBSITE. AS A GOLD EXPEDIA MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS, I EXPECT TO BE COMPENSATED IN FULL.
