This is a quaint space, artistic and comfortable 1 bedroom that opens onto a large private courtyard with sweeping views of red rock mountains. Wonderful spot for your morning coffee. 10 minute easy stroll to cultural uptown center for dining, galleries and shopping. Walking distance to nearby trails. New management. High Speed internet working great.
The space
The space is located on the ground level of this home. You have a large outdoor courtyard with awesome red rock views for your private use. Enjoy the morning view from your queen sized bed in bedroom that has it's own private entrance from outside and a locked interior door for your privacy. The kitchen has a hot plate, toaster oven, mini-fridge, French Roast Coffee, electric water kettle and toaster for light cooking.
Sedona is about people and nature. We shy away from tv although one is provide for your DVD pleasure.

Good to know. Hikers and people of adventure love our home. There are two other air b n b's on the property. They are all completely separate, you will probably never see anyone. Occasionally you may hear them.
Other things to note
The cinder block walls keep this space quite cool. There is also a portable evaporated cooling system available if ever needed. There are fans to increase your comfort level as well. The cross breeze in the bedroom offer great fresh air. The nights cool down in Sedona, so overall, temps are very comfortable here.

Great location! Clean and comfortable! Beautiful courtyard view of red rock mountains! Stunning. Bed is comfortable. Owner is so nice! No TV available but we didn’t care at all! We were too busy enjoying everything Sedona has to offer! We will be back.

There was a mix up when we and another couple arrived to the same accommodation. Our host and owner got involved, resolved the issue promptly ( we stayed where we had unpacked ) and the other couple checked into the accommodation that was rented between the two couples. The owner compensated us for the error and even rewarded us with a nice bottle of wine.Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable and best of all , easy walking distance to downtown , shopping , and restaurants . Would definitely stay here again

Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to uptown every night. Things that would be small ways to improve: when we arrived there were just two bath towels and one dish towel. The owner is on site and was quick to give us more. The WiFi is ok. We could never figure out the tv, but we had an iPad and if we went into the kitchen and downloaded what we wanted we were able to watch. It is a concrete building so this could be why. The last thing would be the large window in the bedroom did not lock bc of how the ac was set up. It really just needs a bar to place in there to make sure the window can’t open. All in all we enjoyed our stay and sat out on the patio every morning looking at the view.

Stay in Sedona

The communication was pretty good, they answered all questions and concerns. The key was in the door when we arrived. We needed more towels and a fan and they provided for us. The home is a little older so it has those quirks if you don’t mind that. Due to the space being the bottom floor we heard a lot of heavy footsteps above us. The towels and bedding did have an Oder like maybe they were old or needed washed better. The couch in the living room was like a futon couch and we had to ask for sheets. the owner showed us where they were located and stated not many use the couch so it doesn’t get used often. The sheets did smell musty and old. The couch was not comfortable at all really needs to get a topper or new mattress for this. It was very hard! The bathroom had no outlets maybe not a problem for most, but there was three girls trying to get ready at one time with no outlets there were outlet in the living room to use however, they were had extension cords plugged into them with three or four other different things plugged in a huge safety hazard. Minor things the owner can change or adjust to make a better environment for the next guests I hope: Overall it was a pleasant experience. And very close to all the hikes and downtown Sedona

Spectacular view/Great Location/Rustic

This unit is located in the absolute best part of town. The view from the bedroom and patio is spectacular. It was very clean. The coffee beans were a beautiful and delicious detail!The place, however, took a couple of days to grow on me due to its rustic charm. There is no thermostat, so heat comes from the fireplace. Central air is controlled by adjacent unit. By day 2, the weather got warmer and I started really enjoying the place. Couldn't connect TV to Netflix, but we just used our laptops. All in all, the positives outweighed the negatives and I would stay here again.

Breath taking view with a close walk to shops and food

Every second we stayed inside we could not believe how amazing the view was and we went right back outside to hike. Property was clean and the management was easy to chat with. There was a bonus feature too ! Thanks for the great vacation !

Affordable spot with nice views

My spouse and I enjoyed the 4 nights we spent here. We were out all day, everyday hiking and seeing the sights around Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand canyon. It's a cozy spot for two people with just enough space and amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent and close to both hiking trails and shopping/dining. The host is responsive and was gracious enough to accommodate a special request as well which we really appreciated.

Stellar Location

We stayed at the cozy courtyard for 4 nights. Overall our stay was lovely. I can’t say enough about the tranquility and beautiful view. It was very relaxing and quiet. Yet just a short 10 minute walk to Jordan street you have restaurants, a brewery, and other services. Just a bit further walk, Jordan street leads you to the bustling uptown Sedona strip with an abundance and plethora of restaurants, and shops of all kinds. The night sky was unbelievable….so many stars!! It was lovely to sit outside in the courtyard after our busy day exploring the town or hiking with a cool beverage and enjoying the scenery. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The kitchen had all the basics. They provided towels, shampoo conditioner body wash and a hair dryer. Which weren’t listed. So it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much Skye!

Quiet place with a beautiful vista

I loved the kitchen and tea kettle. Also there was a nice sitting area with a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Loved the closet and the private outdoor space to have morning tea. I could walk up into the hills easily and to uptown quickly. Thank you also for staying up and helping us find our way in the dark.

Needs a bit of work

No key in the door when we arrived as described in the instructions. Took 2 calls and about 15 minutes to be let in. The linens and towels had a strong scent. Not great if you have odor sensitivities, which many people do. The bed frame/mattress is on a slope, reminded me of camping. Lighting throughout house needs improvement.

Great cozy spot close to uptown sedona

This is a great spot for a couple. We stayed here and the appartment was the perfect size and nicely decorated with everything you need to make the perfect 5 day getaway. Walking disctamce to restaurants and shopping and beautiful view every morning looking at the Sedona mountains. Will definitely stay here again. Gord was a great host.
