I booked two rooms for one night each room . When I checked in I was only given one room . The hotel manager said that it was an error from your company . I showed them my receipt for two rooms but I was told there’s nothing they can do to fix it since it only registered as one room . They didn’t accommodate us and unwilling to give us another room , stating they were full . Imagined the dissatisfaction and disappointment on our side but no one cares especially when you don’t looked like them . But we stayed in one room because it was raining and there was a flashed flood warning in the area . I hope you won’t make this mistake again . I was only charged for one room
